youre probably going to have to try some that are converted APKs.
Hit up androidbars.net and search for some.

There are non currently in app world

You could try the built in parental controls. Basically it white lists everyone in your Contact list.

I had this on my 9930 and emailed that company to see if they were going to make a version for the Z10. Haven't heard anything back

We need the Call Blocker Call Annihilator app . I use it on the 9810 and I think its the best available. We absolutely need this app ASAP PEOPLE!!!

White Pages is another one i would pay for.

I had an app on my 9900, called "Talk to you later ". One of the many features was the ability to add numbers from your call list to ignore. You can also add one manually. It was great. I will but UT again, if it came to the Z10.

I have to agree with Motorhead777 on "Call Blocker Call Annihilator" as the best call blocker. I hope they make it to BB10. It was by far the most effective blocking app, and I tried a lot of them. If I blocked a number with their app I never heard a peep, unlike others that had a clipped ring tone that would play when junk calls came in, like they weren't able to completely block the call.

True caller does Not block your blacklist. I am going to delete the app.
