Hello all,
I am a die hard BlackBerry fan and just want to make my experience even better. Z30STA100-5/10.2.1.3175

I am finding that there is a lot of lag in my calendar. I have it set up with month view as the default and have a couple of email accounts and a couple of BBM group calendars.

My concern is with existing appointments. When I move a different date or even open the calendar for the first time it needs up to 30 seconds to have it loaded and ready to use.
This is embarrassing when someone wants to see when you are available.
Do I have too many accounts setup?
Are there any other tricks to increase its responsiveness. If I could fix this and the contacts app I would be very happy as I already find the rest of BlackBerry 10 very efficient and fun to use.

Might want to turn a few of them off in the manage option at the swipe down from the top to see if that affects the speed and also see if maybe syncing once a day or even manually on some you don't use that often?

I just have one mail account for my calendar as I don't like it messy and have categories inside said calendar that are different colors but it still only goes through one calendar.

I always have to close it out, then reopen it, and it works fine. But why should we have to close in order for our calendar to work properly? I have Facebook birthdays, and Gmail cal. act set up and it still lags.

I had to disable facebook integration with the calendar. That solved the horribly slow calendar.

I have exactly the same problem. Only added 1 gmail, 1 corporate and a bbm group calendar.
It's really frustrating when you stand in front of an iPhone user and you need to schedule a meeting. The waiting takes forever ...
Hope they fix it in the 10.3 calendar.
