    Default Calendar app glitch?

Helpp, am I the only one with this annoying glitch. Every time I add a new event and tap on the date and time to modify it, the app crashes.. it's completely useless to me as it is. Please help.

Is it possible to delete core app and install it again?

No. You can't delete a core app. However, check to see what calendar you're adding the event to. I found this only happens with the local calendar and not any others. That being said, it's already fixed in a forthcoming update from BlackBerry.
Excuse me, I'm making perfect sense. You're just not keeping up.

I had the crash when trying to change the date before selecting a calendar. My gmail calendar was only syncing one way, so when I created an event, no calendar was properly selected by default. If I picked the local calendar first it was ok.

This happens to me as well. I use Google apps for business. I can create and sync the calendar using voice command

    Hi guys,
My colleague had this issue and I didn't so I took at look at the differences. He had a Gmail CalDAV calendar added that was set as the default calendar. But, since that calendar wasn't actually one that could be used to add items to, that's why it was crashing as soon as he'd change the start time. Set the default calendar to something other than that calendar and voila, issue resolved.

I've figured out that you can add the event, the title and whatever else, just don't adjust the time yet. Save that event. Then reopen the same event and now you can adjust the time without the app crashing.. I know its annoying and a slow process, but if BB really does have an update on the way, then we shouldn't have to deal with it for too long!

Choose the calendar add the title and then try to choose the time. I find in this order it won't crash.
