I knew there will be some months before I see the official launch of Z10 in mainland China. I just can�t sit and wait its official arrival. Therefore I got a set from an online unlocked mobile smartphone dealer about a week ago. The phone type is STL-1002 and the OS version 10.0.9.2372. It seemed the OS is old comparing with the versions that mentioned here at CrackBerry.

I have been using the new Z10 for about a week. The overall experience is excellent. I love it very much.

However I must admit that there are still lots to improve for Z10 OS.
(1) I tried to transfer contacts from my BB 9790 to Z10 by using the bluetooth connection. It worked by showing 100% transfer. However when I made calls and receive calls some calls did not show caller IDs but numbers. I found not all contacts were transferred. And the skipped contacts appeared randomly.
(2) The contacts are listed in Chinese. The caller ID shows correct ID in Chinese. However the SMS do not show caller ID correctly. It appeared like binary code. It is certainly not Chinese character.
(3) The Chinese input with Pinyin is also painful. The list of possible words will not show automatically. You need some skills to make it show up. I used 9000 and 9790 prior to Z10. The Chinese input was better than other phones I used before.

I expect the thing will get better when Z10 is officially launched in mainland China because the Chinese carriers require the phone to have a good Chinese processing system.
