Hi.

Is it me or is the browser just so slow. I've a Z30. Using websites like Facebook it's just so slow. Attempting to type in a text box on Facebook is painful to see the least. My wife's old 1st gen MotoG is faster. It seems it's java script handling is dog slow. It's frustrating.

The text box thing does my head in and only on some sites. One letter every 5 seconds!!

It's honestly the one thing that drove me to Android.

I could handle the lack of native apps. But if you can't even use the web browser for basic tasks, it's game over.

No. Same issue here

I find that some site are just painfully slow but for the FB web browser If I just wait a few seconds and let it catch up I can type fine again.

I second that. Looks like I might have to move on at some stage I didn't the phone good. I have the apps I need and really enjoy the Hub and OS. But that browser is the missing link and it's becoming a bit of a dog. The usability of the browser is great so if they just improved the engine. Not like to happen?

I moved on as well and left BlackBerry. There aren't any improvements coming it was getting unbearable to use. The browser is just plain slow. That won't change anytime soon and if it does, too late. I was living a lie telling myself that BlackBerry was so good.

I have noticed my browser pausing at times on some random sites, almost like a freeze but it fixes itself after a few seconds and does not happen all the time. I tried the Chrome browser on my Passport and it's terribly slow. I may try and clear all data and cash tomorrow and I will get back to you with feedback.

Not sure freezing or pausing browsers is isolated to BlackBerry after all it happens on my high end computer so this could be a Web issue as well.

UPDATE:
Turns out its not the browser that freezing it's the phone lol. Not sure why all of a sudden this is happening. It's not often but still annoying.
