Hi, I'm on EE in UK and received the update yesterday and noticed a difference in the settings on the Privacy and Security settings in my browser. Please could someone advise what they mean?

Camera low light performance seems much better on this OS

I'm assuming it's the Do Not Track and WebRTC?

Do not track let's you use cookies, necessary for login etc, but tells websites not to store an track information for thinks like ad networks and other private data.

    http://donottrack.us/

It's obeyed as an opt-in for websites and very much depends on the website deciding to listen.

WebRTC is real time communications. So for doing recording and communication stuff over the web. It's kind of like a no-plugin needed system for html5. Let's you stream your data directly to another user and viseversa
