    Anyone else having problems using Box lately? My photo or video files won't open. No change even after today's update.

    I've had this issue before and for me, it was because I had accumulated a lot of files / pictures in my folder.

    I logged in on my tablet / pc and started creating sub folder.
    IE 2013... Jan - march, Christmas
    2014... similar as above.

    After doing so, i've noticed that box is much easier to manage. Load times are drastically reduced and I have an easier time finding my files.
