Is there any way to block 'Cell Data' usage on all apps (Including Maps/Browser/Android) but give access for BBM and Location Services?

Daughter wants a newer phone but can't get anything comparable to a BBOS device on a BlackBerry plan. Need a device that I can lock out all Data usage except BBM and Location Services and use Wifi only for her other apps.

Any Ideas, otherwise she needs to get an Apple or Android?

Not that I'm aware of. But there is a data manager coming in 10.3 that may have that ability. I haven't looked or heard. I'd ask Over in the 10.3 forums.

Thanks, I was hoping 10.3 would have it too but no luck so far. I just picked up a Q5 to play with and installed the 10.3 leak. Nothing different in the App permissions
