Okay this is gonna sound like the most stupid question ever, but i need to know. I had a text tone on my q10, it was the default tone that came out of the box. It was my favourite sound ever. Once BB 10.2 came out it changed to this stupid tone ..... Is there a way to get it back, i looked all over the system files and i couldn't find it. Was i not looking hard enough, or is there a way to find it somewhere. Please let me know.

Settings>Notifications>Applications>Text Messages - It should be in there somewhere. If you go to 'Browse Tones' It will open all applicable ringtones. None of the tones have changed AFAIK, just seems yours got unset.

yeah i went in there and i couldnt find it anywhere, ill look again but i can't find it anywhere Both me and my boss seamed to lose it.

yeah i just looked in there. Not there. I seen a q10 that had 10.1 and it had it. but my q10 10.2 doesn't have it, there is something in here, but it sounds different
