    Upon checking to see why the "number 1" highest scoring browser is failing me, I noticed its dropped to 6th place.

    I use Zopim live chat software for my business. It provides a little "live chat support" widget for mobiles, tablets & desktops.
    Great little service.

    Turns out, natively this doesn't work on Blackberry10 browser, but does work using Now Browser (Andrioid port)

    Could someone check to see if they see a "chat" widget on 10.3 via www.zopim.com ?

    It does seem Blackberry struggles with HTML whereas things just work on iOS & Android...

    The question is that has BlackBerry made any improvements to its browser lately? They probably are busy improving other areas of BB10.

    The answer is they have improved it since 10.2 as evident with the post further up, also the score has improved slightly in 10.3

    If BlackBerry is banking on HTML5 apps as the future to save their embarrassing eco-system (considering they can't fill the app gap natively), they would do right in ensuring the browser is up there with the other priorities.

    More needs to be done.

    I have noticed www.guardian.co.uk is incredibly slow to load and navigate on the (latest leak) 10.3.1 update on a z10.
