    When I go into bbwvit informs me that updates are available for some of my apps but when I click on them, the installed version and updated version are exactly the same. If I do update, it still comes back and tells me updates are available. My phone is a Passport running 10.3.2.2836

    Go into BBW. Go to settings and "refresh BBW". Then reboot device.

    Tried that. Still informs me there are updates when there aren't.

    Same problem, tried this solution but now have two different apps showing. Facebook update, which I am not updating, is showing OK.

    Came across the same problem on my Z10 couple months ago. Solved this by reinstalling BBW using the official BBW Recovery Tool and then upgraded to the current version.

    i get the tool on my pc. Windows sees my device but the tool does not.
