I just realized every time I visit the Appstore Amazon thinks I'm looking for a game. I see candy crush or what ever that's called way too often.

The world must have others like me who don't care to play games on their phones?

Entering BlackBerry World remains a great experience. Seeing adverts for travel apps or media players works for me. I'm up for trying better apps. But an app or application is not a game - in my books.

It would be interesting to know how many real apps exist out there - less the number of games. I'd guess the 'playing field' would become more level - if this was demonstrated?

Nice work BlackBerry. You still have class !!!!

Bbw is for enterprise users. It is far behind google play store. Until they put the restriction for developers to release their apps in both paid and free version , people will depend on amazon or apk. Microsoft has already invited developers to port android and ios apps for their os. But it seems that BlackBerry is walking in wrong direction. Neither it has rich bbw w/ full of native apps like play store nor all android app are running smoothly. BlackBerry is trying to stable their os over jelly bean framework which is almost abandoned by Google.

I guarantee you more phones out there run jelly bean than any other android version right now.

In maybe another 2 years or, majority will have lollipop.

I really don't follow android os but would welcome a high level explanation re lollipop, jelly bean and kitkat (and whatever else exists on android). Even a link to a good read works!

Are these os's vastly different? How does BlackBerry os10 compare?

I'm not asking to create a 'spelling bee' here - just for my knowledge.

I've only used BlackBerry products and my family Apple products. I like being 'unique' and remain comfortable in the BlackBerry environment.

Any good knowledge is always welcome. Thanks in advance.
