    Does anyone know what the expected turn around time is for app purchase refunds
    I bought an app that does not work, and didn't get any help from the developer , so I requested a refund

    Just not sure how long to wait until I follow up with it

    As long as it takes. I've had some come through in 5 mins while others have taken 5 days.

    I just called customer service. They acknowledged my request but said they have no idea what the status is of it because they don't have phone contact with the refund department. They can only contact them via email. Great service Mr chen?

    It seems like it takes at least 2-5 business days if I recall correctly. When I buy a new app I usually keep the emailed receipt of the app purchase so that I can request a refund if the app is trash. I've never had to wait long.

    How can you buy a refunded app again? There is just a download Button, and if you click it, it says the you must purchase this app, but not how.
