    Just about had it with blackberry. Reported to blackberry b world not working it's my providers fault!!! This on a factory unlocked z10 over wifi. Support is a complete waste

    Also in Ireland, mine has stopped working for over a week now.

    I'm on an unlocked Classic bought from Amazon.

    On the 3 network.

    Have you tried connecting through your web browser?

    If that opens it then try your app launcher again.

    I tried that link Howard, it automatically opens the BlackBerry World app and still get the black screen.

    This is what i'm seeing
