    Copy one URL, paste into your browser's address bar and hit Enter. It'll download, and while it's doing that, copy the other URL and download that, too.

    Once they're downloaded, sideload and reboot.

    Thurask should we first uninstall (delete) the BlackBerry World runtime update and then side load?
    I am asking in order to prevent the app reinstall in a future OS upgrade.

    I am always restoring App backup.

    I think this is the same problem I same same problem I am having. But all my app works but 2 don't and they did win I first installed theme I allso notice that sane android runtime in the app store and it looks like it's down loaded. Win I run android apps. After awhile it's like I lose internet after I use android apps. But my internet is on. After I reboot the phone it works again and win I load android apps same thing I thought is was one of the apk I had out I had apptoid and one mobile but I only have snap and one mobile
    any info wood be helpful if. I have to reload the runtime let me now I download it already I'm useing 10.2.1.1925.1926

    Allso with this version if I had to reload the runtime douse it work with this version I'm running the leak

    so i sideloaded the 2 files and reboot do a battery pull. i download skype from blackberry world, go to open it.
    it gives me a black screen then closes... any thoughts appreciated. thank you
