THATS the way I want to see (compairing), aggressive and pitiless ads from BlackBerry! No more Mr. Nice Guy and canadian aloofness...

It aggressive alright but without substance. And it actually intimidates general consumers.

That's the problem with the ads. Too many redundant flashback and only little is highlighted about whatever the device the ads try to show(didn't even know what device in the ads) and about bb10 capabilities.

    Interesting.

I like the film trailer style, just needs some multitasking action scenes in the follow up.

It did elicit some form of emotion from me so...I think its a good starting point.

This shows more of what Samsung and iPhones can do than it does BB10..

All we see of BB10 is a Keyboard? It's a good idea but we didn't see enough of The BlackBerry phones at the end.

For those with missing plugin, you need to activate flash, browser setting, display and action, and enable flash.

Seems a nice one, but don't think this is a BlackBerry comercial.
Why make one for a 1y old device.

Really like the way he speaks in the commercial!

I agree with you. It showed the SGS3 in action. The iPhone 5 in action and it didn't show much of BB10 in action and what it can do except for the Q10 on typing. Not really impressed. This won't make anyone switch. They need a commercial that highlights the key features of BB10 in 30 seconds. BlackBerry can never get it right, I don't understand why!

    I love it!

I don't think we know the whole context of the ad/campaign but I do hope it is part of a series of ads that build on each other. It is the type of ad that makes you want to know more, I think it has potential.

Imagine this as a lead-in to ads demonstrating BB 10(.3) phones and OS heads up vs the competition. I Like it.

I agree. If this is a real commercial, it needs to tease the big feature that's going to wow everyone and make them want to see the follow up commercial. Frankly, I don't know what "wow" feature they can tease in 30 seconds that is easily understood, and exclusive to BlackBerry.

When the video opens, click Watch On YouTube... it appears this video was made by a BB fan, not BB themselves.

This person has another video on his channel previewing 10.3.0.296, I have to say the flat icon look is growing on me.

I would like a follow up commercial that backs up (and continues) the tough talk with head to head comparisons. For example: "sure, your phone has (fill in gimmicky feature/function) but does it allow you to (demonstrate some multi tasking or perhaps miracast)?

In light of the injunction, I'd also like them to work in a direct dig on the iPhone/Typo debacle. "If you want one of these (show BlackBerry keyboard), you'll need one of these ( show BlackBerry logo) - comes included at no additional cost."

I like the concept of the video but the finishing for me could have been better compared to how it started.
It could have shown what BB10 offers to counter what was shown about the first devices in the video.
Typing skills, camera options, hub management, instant previews, gaming, music just to tell the viewer that they are really back with something.

Anyways, it's a nice concept. Blackberry could build on this.

I like it, and if its only a BlackBerry fan doing this, he or she needs to be recognized by someone at BlackBerry if for nothing else but their ideas. Love it, hope there's more to come.

It's funny how people don't get this ad. It'd clearly be a precursor to other ads.

I do understand but at this stage, do blackberry need a precursor ad?
