Ok, so my problem started a long time ago when I installed the leaked 1925 on my Q10SQN100-1/10.2.1.1925. When I tried to use the picture password (which I didn't like, because my finger is on the number and I can't pin point exactly where I want the number to go..) I realized that when I canceled it and tried to change my wallpaper, the outside wallpaper which shows your notifications and calendar before you swipe up and get in your phone stays the same although I can change the inside one...

I know it's hard to understand so I attached the following pictures to better illustrate what I mean.

I downloaded the official Q10SQN100-1/10.2.1.1925 from Telus (I'm on AT&T) and made a restore for setting and media only, problem still persists. Now I didn't try to change the wallpaper before I restored my phone so...any suggestions?

It's not a big deal but I'd like to know if this little problem could be fixed.
