    Hello, wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on this:

    My partner has a Classic, and her BlackBerry ID is confirmed, protect is turned on. When logging into BlackBerry Protect, it shows her device type and her PIN, but anti-theft protection is 'unavailable'. Also, none of the protect features work (play sound / send message etc).

    I also have a Classic, but mine works fine.

    Have tried turning protect on/off, and also removing device from protect.

    Any ideas??

    What is her OS version. Anti-theft is available as of 10.3.2.500.

    Hers has 10.3.2.2876. Same as mine, yet mine works

    I'm on .2836, Passport SE, and I have the same problem.
    Is your device an enterprise phone by any chance?

    Nope, not enterprise. Both have the same OS, both are on the same provider. Strange.

    Just logged in and checked my location, all works perfectly. Not sure why yours is not.

    Update: mine has started working again (a few weeks ago), yet hers is still not going.

    I've just decided not to worry about it anymore, in all reality, it (protect) probably won't work soon anyway!
