The reason it works for me is because I listen to my phone through speakers while I work, never looking at my phone while it plays. I can see the artwork in my imagination.

All my art shows properly on my media card on my pc and in Windows media player bit shows up on my z10 as the same pic. Not sure how to fix it, just kinda gave up on it.

I had the exact same issue as I normally put all my music into one folder, which was not an issue with OS7. I had to move all the music off the phone to my computer, add it to my Windows Media Player play lists, and then have MP sync it to the phone to create all the individual folders.

Then for all the missing album art I used Media Monkey to download the art one by one, a bit tendious but it worked thanks for pointing us towards this program.

I Google the artwork and save it as 'folder.jpg' in the album's folder. That seems to be the best work around for me.

I have had the same problem with missing art work. I have transferred iTunes with the link. Most album art missing. Then I did the drag and drop. Placing album artwork jpeg in album folder as folder. Jpeg.some of the artwork shows some don't. When I look in iTunes all my artwork is there. How do you change the I'd 3tag version in itunes?

The reason this all works so well, is because Media Monkey tags the individual song files. It doesn't add a folder.jpg...

Media Monkey and Mp3TAG are the programs to use!!! I use FLAC files and they're all PERFECT...

All albums autotagged using media monkey then transferred straight to SD card via card reader before inserting back into Z10.
ITUNES screwed everything up first time I synced music. DON'T USE ITUNES OR BBLINK.
Also if you look at my screen shots some folders have an artwork file some don't, some are Folder.JPG some are album artwork.jpg some are cover.jpeg and yet the Z10 makes sense of it. I'm obsessive about artwork so feel your pain but no idea what your doing wrong.

Actually, I nearly never use my Z for tunes, but when I do, it sits in my pocket or on the table next to me as I read. I don't watch it as it plays, so the artwork is in my head. No biggy.

The only thing you need to do, is rename the picture to Folder E.G. Tiesto-Elements of Life renamed to Folder

Leave the picture as a jpeg.

I've done this when needed and problem solved.

Everything works for me. All album art. At one point early after getting the phone it wasn't. But it was fixed in one of the updates for link.

Someone already answered this before... estou need to download media monkey on your PC. Once there, need to fix all your songs tags and album fotos. Then "sync" them from the option to sync in media monkey to your ohone. That's what bi did and it fixed my music library problems.

Only thing is that now my albums in phone are arranged differently than on my PC. In muito comouter I have them as Artist.All songs.

Now in my phone is Artist.album.Song

Album art issues seem to be fixed completely for me with the updated 10.2.0.1443 leak. Even if I try to mess it up by moving, deleting, adding stuff manually it is still perfect.
