Hi,
For few months (coincidentally or not lined with my usage of the 10.3.1) I am victim of the error 2001 in the BlackBerry Maps.
Symptoms are as follows: when searching for the address and then tapping on text to display it on the map the error message appears instead.
Surprisingly, when location is POI, the error is not present and everything is working normally.
The problem is present on mobile network and various Wifis I use.

After some search over the Web I discovered that complaints from CZ, HU and SK users about error.

So, are all users in those countries affected? Are you affected in different country?

I often get this when leaving the house and handing off from WiFi to cell data. Sometimes toggling data (or wifi) on and off and restarting maps fixes it.

What OS version are you currently on? Do you know what OS version you were running when you first started seeing the issue?

10.3.1.1767 a.t.m. I don't remember which OS version I had then.

I found workaround, sort of.
Surprisingly to me application WhereIs...? , which allow you to search 4square establishments, calls BlackBerry Maps in a way that location is properly displayed and even navigation works afterwards.
This is strange, because 4square itself doesn't work (once you tap map, it calls BlackBerry Maps and these then give you "nothing found") error.
So as long as I am looking for restaurant, shop etc, I could use WhereIs...?
