    No problems here running Win 7 64 Ultimate or Win 8Pro. Can you describe the problem?

    The black berry link, black berry tab. It says not connected to blackberry xxxx. To view the library. Please connect via usb or wireless.

    It works great on my desktop computer running windows 7 32 bits.

    Reboot. Reinstall BlackBerry Link.
    Reboot phone. Reinstall driver.

    try to re-install the drivers for the z10 on win7.

    maybe it's your windows firewall.

    Tried that disabled firewall


    It's the Z 10 driver in Window 7

    It's connected in blackberry device manager but not in BlackBerry Link. Asking me to reload. And the data on Z 10 will be reset

    I have the same problem... Win7 64 bit... Driver says I"m connected and I can use the Windows Explorer to view contents of the Z10, but Link says "Not connected to MyZ10. To view the contect libraries on your device, connect your device t oyou computer using a USB cable or your computers WIFI network". I have both WIFI and USB connection working to the Z10.

    Try this link BlackBerry Link Not Recognizing Your Z10? Try This - N4BB and follow the steps shown. It fixed my issues when I installed BB Link on a Windows 7 64 bit laptop. Hope this helps.

    Took a few tries and trying different port after deleting and reinstalling the Blackberry network adaptor and it works ..Thank You

    However the wifi is still not working. I'll wait and see.
