Hello everybody,
I have a trouble with Blackberry Link, it is showing from my PC only music, and it's saying that there is no picture, no video and no documents.

And when I want to add a folder, it says that there is a problem.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall blackberry link but it's the same.

Is someone already had the same issue.

I don't know what to do.

Ok I reached the problem, it was an issue with the windows libraries.

I simply had to reload the default libraries, with a right click on the library.

I don't know how the problem came but if someone has the same issue here is the solution.
