Hey gang,
I've got a z10 that I recently installed the leaked Os, then went back to Link to restore my device data/settings from the backup I made before installing the Os. It keeps getting stuck at 7% for some reason. Is there a way around this or a way to fix it?

Well, thanks. But unfortunately I had already done the "shut everything down and try again" method about 6 times. Still no go. But what ever. I guess I'll live. I had all my pictures and docs on my computer, so I just copied them all back over. As for the settings, I'll have to redo all that my self I guess.

Try restoring in airplane mode. If it stalls, cancel from the phone, reboot and try again. I don't know why airplane mode should make a difference but I find that it does.

Hey got same problem here. tried to cancel from phone and rebooting airplane mode but didnt work. have the latest version on bb link and the latest device software and tried and windows and mac but didnt work. Any other solution? Many thanks.

Is your link the newest. I deleted link. Reloaded the newest version and had to do the restore a 2nd time and that was the ticket. Now on os 10.1.0 .2009. Of course Verizon in the USA. Mine stalled at 15% the first restore.
