    The screen shot shows that you aren't signed in to BB Link. Sign in, then try it again.

    I don't sync contacts/calendar, but I couldn't get this version of link to back up my z10 which is on OS 10.2.0.1725 until I sideloaded the latest apps from the 1761 leak. I sideloaded the files from post #19 in thread http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...evices-853853/ and then shut down, remove battery and set airplane mode on. So doing this might help the contacts sync too.

    PS I see there's a later leak, 10.2.0.1767, so you might want to see is someone uploads those files for sideloading.

    I don't know about this specific problem, but BlackBerry is no longer able to make a device that reliably syncs with your desktop client. BB10 simply isn't a viable platform for the the working man or woman who just needs to get things done and move forward. It's really become more of a (failed) toy instead of the tool it once was.

    really Blackberry? No one? a simple basic needs? contact sync with its official desktop manager does not work? or even the laughable one way sync for the previous blackberry link 1.0??? Blackberry makes joke now???!

    I tried doing the same and Blackberry link does not sync contacts / calendar, the button is as pictured by OP. Im on 10.2.0.1767 and im using link 1.2.

    I have microsoft outlook 2013.

    I would like to edit my contacts on my computer but I cant seem to find a way to do so.

    Me too, with one caveat: the contact/calendar sync IS working on my laptop, and NOT on my desktop. Laptop is Windows 8, Desktop is Windows XP. Otherwise same Link edition, same device of course. BB, you need to fix this!
