    Hello
    I have done some searching and have been unable to find help with this.
    When I try to download an app from appworld some it won't start or stops half way and it ends up being bbid error.
    I have logged into bbid in my pc it all checks out and works.
    I go into the settings and it pops up with this message.
    Funny thing is I downloads an app yesterday but today is no dice.
    I am running 10.2.0.429 in my z10. I have done a battery pull and I have waited for most they day still nothing.

    Any help would be great. Thank you

    Oh I forgot to mention.
    I have not connected it to my pc and desktop manager if I do that will I be able to do some "restore" or os reload?
    And clearly it's urgent since the free days of Christmas apps have been awesome.

    Hi there, try changing your BBID email address by login in to the server https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/ to something you never had before ... and update us ...

    The error is Blackberryid error is what it says in app world. And in the settings it come up with an error saying something about verifying my time.
    And my time is correct the network set that I see no error there.

    OK I logged into the link you gave it was the same I used earlier. But I followed your advice and changed my screen name.
    Didn't work.
    Dang. Did I do it right? I kept my email and same password.

    No, I advised to use an email address you never used before. So I was saying changing the Email address.

    Two possible solutions.
    Try refreshing BlackBerry App World. In app, settings, settings, general, refresh BlackBerry World.
    Second, try registering your BlackBerry again.
    Home screen drop down settings, about, network tab, three dots, register.
    They'll take maybe 30 seconds to complete so might as well try them.
