    I forgot my ID password. The recovery question as well. No I didn't steal the phone. I have been able to make a new ID. The problem is that My Z30 won't recognize the new ID. It puts up a message that states I can't use a different ID on this device. How do I get the phone to accept my new ID? Please help.

    You'll need to do a security wipe. With a new BlackBerry ID, all your old data and paid apps will be lost.

    So do I back up my phone on link, do the security wipe, then put in the new ID, then restore or will that not work out?

    You can't even back up without your forgotten BBID. And even if it did let you, you wouldn't be able to restore to a different BBID.
