    Have a few BlackBerrys in the house. Notices that two of these lost their BlackBerry icon in the upper right hand corner. See attached screen shot.

    Have restarted the phones several time. No change.

    Any suggestions?

    I had that problem when I changed the carrier. It couldn't connect to BlackBerry servers or something like that. On BBM it worked only the call option, no messages. I called my carrier, they couldn't help me, I called BlackBerry 10 Support and in a few days the problem was solved.

    Do copy of system and Reload OS by AutoLoader or Link . Should help

    Just called the number. Auto message saying that the number is no longer in use and ask to go to BlackBerry webpage.

    Done. No improvement. The icon is sporadically appearing and then disappearing again.
