    Can somebody point me to the Blackberry hand held remote and more importantly what is it used for?

    You get the remote feature when you download Blackberry Bridge. Then you can use your blackberry phone as a remote control interacting with your playbook. There is probably a video on it around somewhere.

    No, I'm talking about a hand held remote,the type that one uses to control a device of some sort. Anybody?

    what Lehomer said is what you're referring to,,, the phone, "a hand held remote", controls the PlayBook, "a device of some sort"...

    No, it's an actual hand held remote, something like a tv remote, thinner, has about 5-7 buttons on it. Check ur pm.
