Love my phone. But if I was going to switch it's because the fb app is terrible. Drives me nuts!
Here are my issues:
- you cannot change the news feed sorting like with everyone else's app.
- it always reverts to top stories not most recent.
- it is supposed to link to the online touch version where you can switch the sort to most recent but when I look between the two of them the app always has tons of posts missing and always reverts to top stories. This pretty much makes the app useless in my opinion.

This is my main issue, never mind the bugs and failed posts and all the other stuff. Does anyone know if this can be changed?

Is there any way to just get Facebook messages only other than notifications.

No matter what I do I always get notifications. Only when I turn everything off from everywhere it stops.

I haven't side loaded anything yet but while it may be better it just seems so ridiculous that our native app is so horrible. My old iPhone 3gs has a better Facebook app

IMHO, if memory serves right, you have to go to m.facebook.com, click "Sort" on the upper right corner and change it to "Most Recent". Close Browser and App. Then restart app.

I am not on BB10 just yet but the BBOS FaceBook app sucks too. Same with Twitter. So frustrating!

The Facebook app for BB10 is still currently made by Blackberry instead of Facebook just like the legacy device. At least the official twitter app is now made by twitter instead of Blackberry

I have done the m.facebook thing a thousand times. It always reverts back to top stories.
Also, if you compare the app and the m.facebook or touch.facebook online version you will notice a bunch of posts missing off the app version. Super annoying.

I find that the Facebook desktop website will revert back to top stories too. Had a similar problem on the iPad. It may not be something confined to the BlackBerry app.

Best part about the FB app? No ads and suggested content bombarding you like iOS and Android because it is made by BlackBerry and not FB.

I take the good with the bad.
