Hi,

I try to upgrade from a Q10 to a Passport. I wanted to transfer my text Messages from the Q10 to the passport using the device Switch app (it states that it Transfers SMS) but transferring SMS is nowhere to be found (pretty much everything else that I do not care about).

Can anyone confirm that this is not working or do I do something wrong?

You might have to use an app from BBW for this,

I used the device switch app to transfer my mom from a Z10 to a Z30 a few weeks ago and it transfered all of her SMS. All 40K of them...

I really need to teach her about deleting stuff lol

Thanks for answers already. I used the device Switch app from bbw. However SMS are nowhere to be found, just everything else.

I know nobody likes it ( including me) but why not use link to switch devices? Since they are both BlackBerries.

Unfortunately Link does not recognize the Passport for some reason, it always fails to install the driver.
