Most of my business associates send me calendar invites for meetings and jobs. Is there a way for my non blackberry associates to link to my calendar online or any other way so I can continue using 1 calendar?

when you click the 3 dots to click invite to meeting you can then choose which calendar you want to associate it with

Tell them to download BBM on their device.

I always send calendar events/meetings to my friend's mini iPad via BBM. And it automatically saved it in her iPad calendar.

Works like a charm.

Just accept invites and just send to your contacts.
If you have more than one calendar accounts, then you have to choose from which one to sent invites.
