    Hello all,

I have recently analysed the resources that Blackberry Blend uses under Win 7 pro 64bits and I was quite surprised to notice that Blend seems not very optimized. Do you also have the following tasks launched under Windows ?

    All feedbacks are very welcome.

Compared to what? That's an observation, not analysis. I imagine this is proportional to the number of accounts the user has and the content contained.

It's like comparing Outlook with a 500MB mailbox vs 16GB mailbox. I dont expect them to be the same.

You're right, let me re-formulate : is it normal that there are that many Blendhelper.exe tasks launched ?

And to understand it, what does Blendhelper.exe consist in ?

Yes. That's normal. I have it too and official answer was once given in beta zone. Don't remember details but it is supposed to be like that for now. Blend is still in Active development.

Probably a different thread for different things (BBM, Mail, File Manager, etc). So different things can happen simultaneously without one type blocking the other types.

You'll notice that everytime you open a new tab in Chrome, another chrome.exe appears.
