Yeah, I noticed it this morning. I brought one movie from there at $.99, so no big lost if I did lose it.

I'm still sad to see music gone from BlackBerry World, and I hope that 7Digital can come to terms with BlackBerry and resume the service.

In the meantime, it's not the end of the world. 7Digital is still there, either in the form of their own app or the HMV app.

    BlackBerry sent this:
As we announced previously, the music section of BlackBerry World powered by 7digital will close on July 21, 2014.

Previously purchased music will be available for re-download on other devices such as laptops and tablets for one year, until July 20, 2015.

To access previous downloads as well as to continue purchasing new music on your BlackBerry 10 device, migrate your account to 7digital. Begin that process with these steps:

    1. Click/paste the following unique link into any web browser: https://migrate.7digital.com/blackbe...D0Ga0I327HWBEg
    2. Follow on screen instructions

What scrapmetal58 posted is the e-mail that got sent out to BB World music customers. As it turns out, the process is seamless, and I'd bought a few tracks directly from 7Digital already, so at least those libraries are now combined for me.

There IS a bright side. I also have the 7Digital app on my Windows tablet, so now my music is completely portable between my tablet and my Z30.

Now, just to convince 7Digital to write their catalog app for native BB10...

Well you would've thought they'd make a native one. Perhaps they will once they see traction.

I'd like to see a native version, as well, and a PlayBook version.

Agreed. Cross platform music app. I'm not a slave to BlackBerry World, iTunes, or Google Play. I can move to different platforms and my music will follow me.
