Guys, please... I've been trying for a long while now to get a hold of the BlackBerry android runtime update in like forever, but keep getting same error response "The requested item does not exist or is not available. (EC )" pls can anyone who can access the file help download and upload it to any cloud storage drive (preferably Mega, Google Drive or Dropbox) then post the link for those of us who can't access the file normally to download... plssssss???

.....except .2876 which is the OS that the OP has. He needs to obtain the runtime through BBW by going to the link here: If you've been unable to download the Android Runtime update, try now! | CrackBerry.com

Make sure your browser on your device is NOT in desktop mode and realize that it cannot be accessed with your PC. I know the OP has said he keeps getting an error message but he/she must be doing something wrong. It is still available in BBW.

edit: I just tried the above link with my Passport and everything works fine. To the OP: on the web page that I referred to above make sure you click on the highlighted link that says "click on the URL leading to the update" , and do this with your phone browser. When you get to BBW and the update just click on update then let it work and afterwards you MUST reboot your device. Wait about 10 minutes for it to initialize then you can use it.

I had to restart my phone after switching back from desktop mode. Then the link worked for me.
