    I was really happy with my z10 and BlackBerry 10.1.0.273 but from last 2-3 days, have noticed a few problems like it freezes, auto restart, gets hot and this all happens especially after just starting Skype app.

    Battery life has been very okish. I'm getting backup of 6-7 hours of moderate usage.

    Mmm. Yes i do. But except Skype none of them gives me any issue.

    By the way any solutions to memory problem. I am already sitting at 13.5gb but have nothing apart from apps on internal memory.

    Skype completely bricks my Z10. I just deleted and haven't had an issue sense. I literally can't do anything as soon as I launch Skype.
