I was watching the cloud storage Talk Mobile video. Before and on all other devices other than a laptop I would have to pause the video, minimize the Internet, open the chat, respond, minimize, them open the video. But now with bb10.2 when I get a message an Actionable Drop Message appears and I can respond right them and there without closing, opening or pausing anything. This is the first time I have been wowed since finding the curve keyboard on the original curve awesome.

Totally agree!!! The masses are finally going to pay attention once 10.2 is out - if BlackBerry finally starts to market it right.

Slightly OT but - glad to say that I had someone recognize my Z10 while out last night and comment on how great it looked! First time that's happened to me, lol.

I want full control of profiles and auto on/off and bedside mode, I want the option to view favourites in browser on launch and view albums for the picture apl on launch.
