It has already released for the Passport and the P'9983. All older devices (z10, q10...etc) will have to wait for 10.3.1 which will release sometime in November

It's a legit question, regardless if you could just do a search.

10.3 should have launched for all devices. I don't particularly like Apple products but iOS8 (regardless of how botched it was) was released before the 6 for all other supported devices. A 2 month gap for previous devices is pretty ridiculous.

Just my $0.05. We don't have pennies anymore.

That's an interesting opinion. There are a number of factors though. It ha been public knowledge for some time that existing devices wouldn't get 10.3, but would get 10.3.1 after the classic is released. BlackBerry has a long history of giving new devices a head start with the most recent OS. You can like, hate or be ambivalent about those two facts but that's the way it is. Lastly, Apple really only makes one device in a few different screen sizes. They only seem to add one new hardware feature to support per major OS version. Even with that limited complexity the last two major releases haven't gone that well.

10.3.1 will arrive by years end (hopefully) for all in market devices and Classic.

There probably won't ever be an official date for when existing devices will get 10.3.1. It will be available to you when your carrier releases it.

The best guess for first releases is in the week following the Classic Release. I haven't seen a date for that yet.

Do a full backup in Link. Then get the 1154 autoloader or use Sachesi. 1154 is super stable and on my Z10 as we speak.
