    Is this still the best place to download the Sachesi installer or is there a newer version somewhere? It looks like this one was last updated about 8 months ago. Thanks!

    Yes, it is. It's where the source code lies, the origin of the software, hence it's still your best bet. The developer hasn't been publicly active for a while, better don't expect anything, but it's open source, so anybody can tingle with it.
