    That's not a dual port (allows for two simultaneous devices) but it'll will probably charge at full speed.

    It does allow to charge two devices simultaneously. One is built in micro-usb cable and second is USB port.

    Right. I have this one too.

    I can charge my Z10, and my wife can bring her cable for her iPhone and plug it into the USB port. Both charge at the same time.
