    BBVE icon has disappeared but is still installed
    If u are using App Manager you can go to BB world search BBVE and copy the link.
    Then use App Manager to place that shortcut on your home screen. You can even use the default icon

    Or you can just simply uninstal and re install it, from BlackBerry World, and it makes a new shortcut for you, and works just like before

    There is the ODD time that it may come in handy. If you are buying a used BB10 device it can be useful to run a check on the hardware and maybe check (albeit limited) the battery condition.......otherwise, not used very much, I agree.

    I see. But it simply draws that info straight from the device monitor / mobile data usage.

    Reinstall doesn't work for everyone it seems. It may make a new icon but it crashes for many. I think there was another post somewhere with this issue listed. Not sure if there is a workaround.
