    If I go to another country can I use BBM if I set data services while roaming to off and if I am in a wifi zone? What about emails?

    Confirmed. As long as your wifi is up and you can see the 4 BlackBerry dots icon you can use bbm.

    Is there something particular to get the 4 BlackBerry dots while you are on wifi without data while roaming?

    I don't think so. The 4 dots simply mean you're connected the wifi. If you don't see them, search for a wifi network and connect to it.

    I think the 4 dots are related to BlackBerry stuff and not related to wifi

    This is correct.

    Make sure you've set "Data services while roaming" to off, but that "data services" is still on. If you turn off the master data services switch I don't think anything will work even over WiFi.

    There's no secret to it though. Just connect to WiFi, even without your SIM in the phone, and if you've got an internet connection then browsing/BBM/email/etc should work.
