    Hello,

    I am using a Z10 with 10.2.1.2102.
    My wife too. She send me an voice message recorded with bbm.
    My device notify that this audio format (amr) is not supported.

    Why I can't listen to it?

    Anyone answers for me??

    She sent you a voice note in BBM? and when you click it you can't play it? She USED BBM to record it? Or did she use some other third party app?

    She used bbm
    I've tried to save it and play it with an other app. But no way. Only 1 Kb is saving and no app opens it.
