Had BBM setup on android phone. Setup a new Z30 to replace it and after switching bbm profiles I cannot make voice calls. Icon is greyed out and says not available and others see same for me. Regular chats send and receive no problem. And Yes, i do have the allow BBM calls over mobile networks setting 'ON'. Any ideas???

Edit: Just noticed that there is no setting listed that says allow bbm calls over mobile networks. Almost as if BBM voice doesnt even exist!

Im stumpped. This is clearly an odd issue and I cant find any information out there on it!

This OS is starting to become burdensome as its not being supported, fixed, or updated! How sad.. dont know how they instill any confidence in their products and want people to buy the Priv or any other future potential devices if they cant execute anything properly

How is your data coverage? Usually if it's weak you can't make BBM calls.

You may have a old BBM version? Check BlackBerry World if you have any updates perhaps?

Have both latest BBM and OS versions. Nothing to update. Only other thing I can think of is it got gunked up during transfer of data from z10 to this z30!

Wipe and reload I guess at this point is only option.
