I have BBM Chat Contacts section under Contacts with only myself in it, I add new contacts , but they do not show up and I can not find the icon to begin chat with my BBM contacts!

I have restarted the phone and everything, just can not add new contacts to BBM chats, but they show up under BBM contacts

Can some help me out?

Silky question. But do the contacts you are adding have a Z10 or PlayBook? If they have a PlayBook, Is the email address you are adding the same as their BlackBerry id?
