    So the idea is this; When you're on BBM and you see your friend's status change to "I'm listening to Daft Punk" or whatever song, clicking on the status message should forward users to BlackBerry World where they can buy and download the song.

    I'm not sure why BBM doesn't include this feature.

    What are your thoughts about it?

    That's a pretty good idea.. would certainly be to Blackberry's advantage to implement it, as it could only lead to more blackberry world purchases..

    How about an application that lets you listen to your friends music, share your music with your friends, and if you like the song it will take you to a store where you can buy it. They can call it BBM Music.

    Someone is on form today is a comedian too. BBM Music was a separate app that noone used. This is just a feature they can add directly to BBM. A feature that will cost them nothing to implement or run and may generate a few BlackBerry World sales. I can't see the problem with that.
