Hi i am using a bb z10... os is 10.2.1.1055

i am having issues sending bbm to cross platform users, when i send a bbm it remains at the tick mark for a long time and then finally turns to D. this is happening with all of the cross platform contacts i talk with. With bb users it works perfectly...

is it the leak OS that has this problem or is there something else i need to do in order to fix this problem?

It's not an OS issue. I know with iOS user, if they have closed the app or haven't used it for some time, your message is delivered and they are notified but you won't see the D until they open the app again. Not sure if this is a multitasking issue with iOS as apps in the background are paused.
