Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to shut off the notification - a sound - for BBM Groups while keeping the rest of my BBM notification's, i.e., from my contacts, still alive? When I go into settings and look at notification options, all I seem to see is a way to turn off notifications for all of my BBM, i.e., contacts and groups. But I just want to be able to mute the groups activities - too many messages at times resulting in my phone beeping constantly - while leaving the contacts alone.

I know in the legacy OS, there was a way to select this as an option, but can't seem to find it in BB10.

The only way is to turn off Groups from being in the hub.

Go to BBM - Groups - Click on the group to silent - 3 dots - group settings - Show chats in BBHub to off
