    I've got a problem with my BBM, my contacts are not showing their display pictures, any idea on how they will show?

    How long has this been going on? A long time? Since last OS update? Since BBM update yesterday?

    You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

    Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, and black screen. The red LED will turn on. As soon as LED turns off, release the top key.

    Was anything better after that reboot?

    Its been almost 6 mos, at first I dont care about it but soon I realize I want to see some of my friends new dp, I had this problem since the 10.1 update
