    Hello!

    I am one of those people who waited for AT&T to release the 10.2 update.

    So I just updated my phone, and noticed that when I go to the contacts app, I can only find 5 of my 32 bbm contacts. But if I go to the bbm app, they're all there...

    Can anyone help?

    I have tried restarting the phone... nothing changed.

    Have you checked your contacts app? and hit the menu button in the corner? Do you BBM contacts appear there when you choose them?

    You have to turn on what you want to appear in the contacts list. The ones that do appear are probably linked and have their Pins entered with the regular contacts.

    Try a device reset with the volume up/down keys and see if that fixes the issue then.

    Press and hold the volume up and down buttons together until the phone resets.. usually 10 seconds or longer.

    Some say that on Stl100-1 phones the hard reset works by holding down the top button, not the vol up/dn...
