    My Playbook supports BB Balance when used with Exchange Active Sync (without BES). Why doesn't BB 10? Is it a technical limitation?

    I wonder this myself, on PBOS adding my exchange account triggered balance, while on BB10 it does not

    Can i ask how you got that to work? I have a 9900 that was activated through the BBCS on office 365. I am not sure how to add my playbook on to the BBCS also and activate Balance on it like you guys have done.
